Providing Opportunity 

It’s a different challenge every day. You never know what the day is going to bring and that's exciting to me. At the same time, I like how it's merit based and the better you do, the more they're going to throw at you. That's led me to being able to start training and interviewing more and taking charge of a team of my own.

Confidence is something that I believe a lot of people struggle with.  Most high achieving people struggle with feeling like they are not good enough because the bar by which they measure themselves is so high.  Because of this, I recently ran a workshop for our company all about increasing confidence.

I've learned that selling is the first step in generating revenue for a company. Without sales, you can't do marketing, accounting, finance, or even have an office. So, learning how to sell and bring in revenue gives me confidence because I know I can generate income on my own.

My entire life I've always been a high achiever, I was used to being good at things. I didn't have to study in school to get good grades, not many things had challenged me growing up. Before working with Coast, I never had spent time each week planning out my next week. I legitimately never had a weekly plan. I would just go about my days, thinking whatever happens, happens. Managing myself has really helped me work through my days. It's a lot easier for me to maintain my attitude and have a great work ethic, when you have everything written down.
