When it comes to finding the right job, it’s not just about the paycheck—it’s about growth, purpose, and the people who inspire you along the way. In this interview, Nayely, one of Coast Inc’s team members, shares her experience discovering a role that aligns with her personality, goals, and dreams. From pushing through challenges to attending meaningful events like our annual conference, her journey highlights the importance of hard work, positivity, and a supportive environment.
In this interview, we explore how Coast Inc. is more than just a job—it's a place where ambitions turn into achievements, and every effort counts toward building the future you want.
Q: How did you hear about Coast Inc?
A: I discovered the role on LinkedIn while applying for jobs last spring. The opening at Coast Inc. caught my eye because it involved sales and sounded like a fun opportunity. During my interview with Jenna, I learned more about the position and the work environment, and I found it all really interesting.
Q: What is it like to work with Coast Inc?
A: I love it because it doesn’t feel like just a job to me. I really enjoy being around other people. When I was searching for a new role, finding a positive and supportive work environment was a top priority. I even mentioned to Jenna during my interview that this was something I was specifically looking for—I had no interest in working in a toxic environment. For me, it’s all about being surrounded by great people and having the opportunity to grow in my role rather than staying stagnant.
Q: How has Coast Inc. helped you achieve your goals?
A:This role has helped me a lot because everyone starts with thorough training and grows from there. It’s not just about the money you can earn through sales; it’s also about developing your skills and advancing your career. I know I’m still not where I want to be yet, but I’m confident I’ll continue to grow. The progress here depends on the effort you’re willing to put in. Unlike some corporate jobs where growth feels unattainable no matter how hard you work, here, the timeline is entirely up to you—it doesn’t have to take years.
Q: What does working at Coast Inc. mean to you?
A: For me, it’s about turning my dreams into reality. Through sales, I’m working toward achieving the position I aspire to hold long-term. My goals include accomplishing big dreams, like retiring my parents, and creating a life where I’m not just working every day but also have the freedom to spend quality time with my family on my terms.
Q: How does Coast fit your personality?
A: This role is a perfect fit for my personality. It’s not a desk job where you’re stuck doing the same task all day. Instead, I get to go out, interact, and engage with different people, which I really enjoy. The role also requires a positive attitude, and since everyone brings that energy to the team, it fosters an amazing work environment.
Q: What is the most meaningful memory that you have of working here?
A: About four months now, I think it was during my second month when something really meaningful happened. I was working hard because I wanted to go to our conference in Dallas. Taylor had one ticket left, but I didn’t do well that week. I asked him to give me another chance, promising to work hard for it.
I only had a few days, but I pushed myself and did really well, earning an invite to the conference. That moment meant a lot to me because it showed me that if I work hard, I can achieve what I want.
Q: What advice would you give to candidates?
A: If you know of a better job, let me know—because I don’t see any other place that genuinely helps you work toward becoming an entrepreneur. Most jobs just keep you as an employee, but here, they really focus on your development and growth.
