For Hinda, working at Coast Incorporated was love at first sight. "Right away, when I interviewed at Coast Inc., I knew I wanted to work for that company." A French native, Hinda is no stranger to marketing and customer service. She interned to learn all about marketing. She gained experience in customer service and management with Century 21. She loved helping solve customer problems and managing teams so much, it was a delight to move the U.S. to work with Coast Incorporated.

When Hinda interviewed Coast Inc. for our Account Manager role, she knew she would love working here. She didn't realize how much she would love it and how much she would learn. She feels that Nicole, President at Coast Inc., and our manager Taylor have really been instrumental in challenging her in every area of her career. She's learned better interpersonal skills, goal setting, managing her time, and more. Nicole is a personal inspiration of Hinda's too. She was really drawn to Nicole's story and history.
Something else that Hinda has really enjoyed is being able to work remotely. She isn't hand held about how she operates her day. Being the one who sets her schedule really has set her up to move into a managerial role in the near future with Coast Inc. It's also helped her realize where her strengths are and what weaknesses she has so she can work with our team to hone her skills and strengthen her weaknesses.
