Q: How did you hear about Coast Inc?
A: I heard about Coast through LinkedIn, where I was able to talk to Abbi in HR. I was searching for a sales job, so it made sense to apply. I had lots of family members that were entrepreneurs growing up and I knew that sales was something that I needed for my own business.

A: Working with Coast Inc. is a super fun environment. It really pushes you to set goals and hit your goals, short-term and long-term.

A: Coast Inc. has played a significant role in helping me achieve both my professional and personal goals. A: Coast Inc. definitely fits my personality because I'm a very fun and extroverted person. I love being around people, talking to people, and I'm also an empath, so helping out people really matches my personality.
Q: What advice would you give to candidates?
A: If someone was unsure about joining Coast, I would start by discussing their goals. I’d ask: Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What about in 5 years? Or even in just 1 year? This helps determine if their vision aligns with what Coast offers and the opportunities we provide. It’s all about finding that connection between their aspirations and what we can help them achieve.
