Q: How did you hear about Coast Inc?
A: So, I used to work in the restaurant industry, and I really didn't like it. But I stayed there for three years because I didn't want it to look like I was job hopping. My previous jobs had either gone out of business or were seasonal, so I felt like I needed to show that I could commit to something for a while.
The work environment at my former job was really toxic, and there were a lot of false promises and bad management. But I had made some good friends there, and I did enjoy the part of the job where I got to help customers with their orders.
When I finally decided to leave, I started looking for customer service jobs on Indeed. I wasn't too picky about what kind of job it was, as long as I got to interact with people and help them out. I came across Coast and it looked like a good opportunity for growth and development.
I was a bit skeptical when they mentioned their company culture, as I had been burned by that before. But I decided to give it a chance, and so far, it's been a great experience.
Q: What is it like to work with Coast Inc?
A: Well, it's genuine, uplifting, and full of opportunities. The community here is amazing, we all work together to support and uplift each other. We're on the same team, working towards the same goals. Even during one-on-one meetings, it's clear that we're all invested in each other's success. And on Thursday nights, we all hang out and have fun together, knowing that we're all working towards the same business goals.
I'm trying to think of another word, but I keep coming back to the idea of community. It's a great feeling to be part of something bigger than yourself, and that's exactly what working at Coast Inc. feels like.
Perhaps 'opportunity' is a good word to describe working here. There are so many different opportunities available to us, and the job never feels stale or boring. Every morning meeting is different, and the work we do is always changing. I don't feel static or bored, which is something I've experienced at other jobs in the past.
It's an exciting journey, and I don't know where it will take us, but that's part of the fun. The end result isn't the only goal, it's the journey itself. Coast Inc. is giving me the building blocks I need to achieve my goals, and I couldn't be happier with my job.
Q: How has Coast Inc. helped you achieve your goals?
A: Working at Coast Inc. has greatly enhanced my social skills and ability to connect with people. I've become more proficient in establishing meaningful relationships, both professionally and personally. Additionally, this job has empowered me to take control of my life by adopting valuable habits and work ethic. It has taught me the importance of making decisions and standing up for my own values. I now feel more confident in expressing my opinions and asserting myself in conversations. This experience has been instrumental in helping me grow and discover new aspects of myself.

A: It provides me with the opportunity to connect with and assist more people, going beyond the sole focus of monetary gain. It's a rare combination where I can achieve personal and professional fulfillment without feeling like I'm wasting my time. I get to improve myself, set goals, and contribute to the success of another company, all while receiving a paycheck and enjoying a supportive work environment. It's a blend of both my personal and professional aspirations. Coast Inc. has shown me that there's a world of possibilities beyond a typical nine-to-five job, and it has opened my eyes to the idea that I can have both personal growth and financial stability.
Q: What advice would you give to candidates?
A: My advice would be this: The best aspect of working at this company is the abundance of opportunities and resources available. Whether or not it's a long-term commitment, you will gain valuable experience and support from a team that genuinely wants you to succeed. They will provide guidance, tools, and advice to help you excel, even if your ultimate path leads you elsewhere. With this company, there's truly nothing to lose.
